CERT

Thank you so very much for your interest in learning more about the Carlsbad Community Emergency Response Team. CERT volunteers provide emergency preparedness and response assistance to their neighbors. To prepare for this responsibility, those chosen for CERT are given 24 hours of training in fire safety, light search and rescue and more by professionals in the field.

The next step is to join us for a CERT orientation. Participants for the upcoming training session will be chosen from those attending the orientation.

CERT orientation
Monday, January 5; 6:30 p.m.
Carlsbad Safety Training Center, 5750 Orion Street 92010

This training is open to Carlsbad residents 18 years of age or older. A background check will be given to those chosen for the training.

Thank you so much for your interest,
David Harrison, Sue Irey and Jeff Murdock
